AutoOpen drying⁵ | For dry dishes

With the assistance of the fan, the warm moist air is transported out of the wash cabinet, allowing even challenging load items such as plastic bowls to dry completely. Special air ducting protects your worktop from moisture.

FlexAssist colour coding | Colour identification for user convenience
With the FlexAssist markings, you can identify at a glance which elements can be repositioned in order to adjust the basket to your needs. Small symbols, such as a cup or a wine glass on the coloured elements point out how the area can be used. At the same time, the FlexAssist markings serve as handle elements. This allows optimum basket versatility with the flick of a wrist.

AutoClose | Automatically closing door
The Miele AutoClose function closes the dishwasher door automatically and very gently. This combines convenience with elegance, creating an almost magical moment in kitchen life. Slight contact between the door and the dishwasher is all it takes to activate the motorised door closing feature. Dishwashers with AutoClose also feature the ComfortClose function.

Basket Design

3D MultiFlex tray⁷ | Maximum flexibility
Miele has improved the cutlery tray, so it can now also accommodate even small items such as espresso cups. The 3D MultiFlex tray has a sunken central section and two side sections. The left-hand section can be pushed to the right to create space for tall wine glasses in the upper basket. The depth of the right-hand section can be adjusted to easily accommodate large items of cutlery and small items of crockery.

XL Assist | Large bulky items are easily secured
Whether it’s bowls, ovenproof dishes, or pots – even bulky items are held securely in the dishwasher basket thanks to XL Assist. Large items can be positioned quickly in the lower basket and small bowls are easily placed below them. Both sets of items are thoroughly cleaned. The Miele XL Assist is flexible and can easily be folded down if not used. This means that you can perfectly load your Miele dishwasher with all kinds of items.

Standard place settings | Ample space for your crockery
Miele dishwashers offer space for up to 14 standard place settings. Miele's baskets ensure that they comply with the relevant standards while also fulfilling your wishes and needs – all your items will be perfectly positioned and thoroughly cleaned and dried.

ExtraComfort | Convenient Basket design for the best results
The basket design with the 3D MultiFlex cutlery tray, FlexCare cup rack and the split hinged row of spikes provides added convenience for your crockery. With FlexCare Glass & Bottle, wine glasses are held securely on silicone cushions and there is space for up to four reusable bottles. The lateral MultiClips secure smaller items, while the XL Assist holder accommodates large crockery, creating more space.

FlexCare Glass & Bottle | Securely Positioning Bottles
Bottles, glasses, and other hollow items are held securely in the lower basket thanks to FlexCare Glass & Bottle. It ensures perfect cleaning performance in combination with the new BottleClean extra. The water-carrying spray arms enable the thorough cleaning of long, hollow items. The BottleHolder is integrated into the cup rack and can also be used as a storage surface if required – for maximum flexibility.

Waterproof system (WPS) | Additional safety
WPS features a second solenoid valve directly at the stopcock. In the event that the first valve is defective, the second one closes the inlet. The sheathed water inlet hose also ensures the highest level of safety: in the event of damage to the inner hose, water flows down the outer sleeve into the floor tray.

Efficiency and Sustainability

EcoPower technology | Innovative water feed for washing with less water
In the ECO programme, water consumption is reduced to 8.9 litres. This also means that less energy is required to heat the water, and you benefit from an energy-efficient dishwasher. The water savings are achieved through the intelligent design of the supply system and a new, highly efficient filter system. Additional insulation reduces thermal losses and thus the amount of energy required to heat the water.

Fresh water dishwasher | The most economical Miele dishwashers ever
Miele dishwashers rely solely on fresh water and in the Automatic programme can wash crockery with as little as 6 l of water – much less than the contents of a sink. With this feature, Miele has reduced water consumption by 85 % over the last 30 years. Electricity consumption has also been reduced to new all-time lows: in the ECO programme, Miele dishwashers achieve energy consumption values of just 0.67 kWh.

Half load | Adapted consumption
You can use your dishwasher with a clear conscience even when it's not full: in almost all standard programmes, your dishwasher measures how many dishes are inside the chamber and precisely adapts the water consumption accordingly. With automatic load sensing, there is no longer any need to wait until the dishwasher is fully loaded.

Hot water connection | Saves up to 35% electricity⁹
All Miele dishwashers can be connected to hot water at temperatures of up to 60 °C. In the Gentle programme, this reduces electricity consumption by up to 35 % and programme running times by up to 10 %. In the ECO programme, the energy consumption of the dishwasher is reduced to as little as 0.45 kWh.

EcoFeedback | Consumption always visable
Do you want to protect the environment when washing your dishes? Miele dishwashers make it easy for you: as soon as you select a programme, the display tells you how much water and electricity it is likely to consume. EcoFeedback enables you to select the option which is best for the environment. You can view the actual consumption values in the display at the end of the programme.

Brilliant GlassCare | Gentle cleaning of delicate glassware
Brilliant GlassCare washes glasses gently. The Gentle programme cleans at just 45 °C. The FlexCare glass holder with silicone padding¹⁰holds wine glasses gently but securely. Patented AutoOpen drying opens the dishwasher door automatically at the end of a programme cycle. Glasses are dry, they do not have to be polished manually – and our perfectly matched cleaning products with glass protection formula provide the best possible care.

SensorDry | Optimum drying with less energy
SensorDry intelligently adapts the programme for excellent drying results and to prevent damage to kitchen furniture. A sensor checks the load and measures the temperature inside the chamber and the room temperature. The program is then adapted accordingly, e.g. by modifying the final rinse temperature. The aim: is to stop condensation from forming on cabinets and to reduce energy consumption and running time without compromising on consistent drying.

BottleClean | Clean drinking bottles in next to no time
Reusable bottles are often difficult to clean. Thanks to our innovative BottleClean programme, this is now incredibly straightforward. The programme has been specially adapted to the new FlexCare Glass & Bottle basket design element. Bottles and other hollow containers are held securely in the dishwasher.
